Stark County Park Board Special Commission Meeting – April 13, 2026

Dr. Jennifer Clevinger serves as a Professor of Biology and Co-Director of the Honors Program at Walsh University. She holds a Ph.D. In Botany from the University of Texas and teaches ecology, botany, biology, and conservation. For nearly 20 years, she has collaborated with Stark Parks on research internships and prairie restoration projects.

Susan Clark Chaddock is an attorney at Clark, Clark & Chaddock in Minerva, where she has practiced since 1997. She earned her JD from Capital University Law School and maintains leadership roles in various nonprofits, including the Minerva Education Foundation as Treasurer and the Minerva Chamber of Commerce, where she is a past president.
