Starting this Sunday, the Isapres will adjust all their health plans that have a value lower than the legal contribution of 7% of their users’ payment, by applying the Single Table of Factors (TUF).

This Sunday, September 1, the Isapres Short Law will officially come into force. an initiative sent by Congress to enforce the Supreme Court ruling that ordered companies to apply the Single Factor Table (TUF) to their partners and return excess payments to them.

If the person does not see a modification in his plan with the entry into force of the TUF, he will receive FUN Type 3 “Special Situations”, detailing the Health Inspectorate.
