Step into a Healthier Tomorrow: Shinhan Bank Unveils ’50+ Walk’ – A Revolutionary Service Empowering Seniors to Take a Step in the Right Direction
Shinhan Bank announced on the 1st that it has launched the ‘Shinhan 50+ Walk’ service, which provides health promotion effects and cashback benefits to senior customers at the same time.
‘Shinhan 50+ Walk’ is a service launched to encourage ‘walking’ for ‘health’, one of the main interests of senior customers, and can be used by customers aged 50 or older.
When Shinhan Bank launched the ‘Shinhan 50+ Walk’ service, it set the ‘target number of steps’ at ‘8899 steps’. The number ‘8899 steps’ contains the meaning of ‘let’s live happily until the age of 99.’
The core benefit of ‘Shinhan 50+ Walk’ is ‘Walking Cash’. After signing up for the service, you will receive cash if you achieve your ‘goal steps’ on a daily basis, and if you achieve your ‘goal steps’ on the 7th of every month, you will also receive special day cash.
Shinhan Bank is also holding a customer event to commemorate the launch of the ‘Shinhan 50+ Walk’ service. When a newly registered service customer enters a ‘recommendation’, ‘Together Cash’ is provided at 500 won per case up to a maximum of 5,000 won, and ‘Walking Cash’ is doubled for 7 business days after signing up.
In addition, if you designate your Shinhan Bank account as a card payment account, public pension deposit account, insurance premium transfer account, etc., or sign up for ‘Shinhan SOL Bank’ for the first time, a separate ‘cash’ is additionally provided.
Shinhan Bank also launched the ‘Walking is what’s left’ advertisement using actors Kim Gap-soo and Kim Hae-sook, who are familiar to senior customers, as models. This advertisement introduces the ‘Shinhan 50+ Walk’ service, which provides benefits for walking, and connects ‘health’ and ‘finance’ with the slogan ‘Add benefits to walking.’
A Shinhan Bank official said, “We hope that senior customers will take care of their health and receive financial benefits through this service,” and added, “We will continue to provide a variety of senior-specific services to become a bank trusted by senior customers.”
