About Our Products

Please‍ note that the majority of our products are recycled goods. While they may ​be ⁤unused, they have been previously owned by individuals. If you’re looking for perfect, brand-new items or are particular about the condition of your ​purchases, our store may not​ be the best fit for you.

Our products ⁤are also sold through other channels simultaneously, which means that items may be out of ⁤stock by the time you place your order.

Sizing ​and Measurements

Size indications vary across different brands. To ​ensure the best fit, please check the actual size⁤ of each product carefully. Our measurements are taken using Vector’s measurement method, and we allow‍ for slight errors.

Product Images and Accessories

We strive ‍to accurately represent our⁤ products through high-quality ‌images. However, the‍ actual product may differ slightly due to variations in monitor displays.⁤ Additionally, as⁣ our products are recycled, they may not come with ⁢complete accessories.

Order and Return Policies

Please note that we cannot accept‌ changes⁤ or ‍cancellations to your order after payment has been confirmed. While we thoroughly inspect our products before shipping, we will accept returns in cases of major ⁤oversights. However, we do not accept returns due to size issues, differences between ‌the product and your expectations, or ​incorrect products.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

• If you ⁢receive ‌a product different from the‍ one you ordered
• If the‍ product condition ⁣is significantly different from the product description

If you need‌ to return a product, please ⁢contact us within 5 days ⁣of receiving the item and ⁢return it⁣ to us within 5 days of receiving the return. We cannot respond⁢ to return⁣ requests after the deadline has passed.‌ Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt.

We do not accept requests for cleaning or after-sales service fees, or ⁤partial refunds for defective products. Additionally, we do not accept ​returns​ of products rated C or lower for any reason.
