Explore one of Medellín’s most iconic and technologically advanced buildings, the EPM Building, also known as the “smart building.” EPM, a leading public services company, has reopened its popular “Open Doors” tour program, offering a unique opportunity to experience the building’s innovative features firsthand.
Since the beginning of the year, EPM has welcomed 1,263 visitors on 53 guided tours, including students from local and national universities, as well as tourists from various regions and countries.
This program not only allows you to explore the building’s physical facilities but also provides insight into EPM’s commitment to quality and sustainable development.
Experience the Smart Building Tour
Guided tours of the EPM Building offer a comprehensive and enriching experience. Visitors can explore various areas, starting with the Barefoot Park and the Public Plaza, the main entrance to the building.
The tour includes a visit to different parts of the building, culminating on the 11th floor, where a spectacular panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of Medellín.
During the tour, visitors are guided through EPM’s history, highlighting significant milestones and innovative projects that have improved the community’s quality of life and contributed to the development of the territories where EPM operates.
Attendees also have the opportunity to interact with EPM experts, who are available to answer questions and provide in-depth information on topics of interest.
An Inclusive Program for All
EPM’s “Open Doors” visit program reflects the company’s spirit of transparency and openness, offering a unique opportunity to experience the EPM Building.
Registration is simple and free, with visits available from Monday to Friday at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, and 2:00 pm. Each group can consist of 12 to 25 people, ensuring a personal and intimate experience.
