Please note that the majority of our products are recycled goods, which means they may have been previously owned or used. If you’re looking for a perfect item or are particular about the condition of your purchases, our store may not be the best fit for you.
Our products are also sold in other stores simultaneously, so there’s a possibility that the item you order may be out of stock by the time we process your order.
When shopping with us, please be aware that different brands have varying size indications. To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking the actual size of each product. Our measurements are taken according to Vector’s measurement method, but please allow for slight errors.
We strive to accurately represent our products through high-quality images. However, the actual product may differ slightly depending on your monitor’s display. Additionally, as our products are recycled, they may not come with complete accessories.
After payment has been confirmed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to your order. While we thoroughly inspect our products before shipping, we will accept returns in cases where we’ve overlooked significant issues. Please note that we do not accept returns due to size issues, product expectations, or incorrect products.
We do accept returns in the following cases:
- If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
- If the product condition is significantly different from the product description
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and return it to us within 5 days of receiving the return. Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt, as we cannot respond to defective product claims after the deadline has passed.
We cannot accept requests for cleaning or after-sales service fees, or other charges in excess of the product price, or partial refunds for defective products.
