Gwangju FC Partners with Luke Eye for Enhanced Player Recovery
September 24, 2024 – Gwangju FC, a prominent team in the K League 1, has announced a significant sponsorship deal with Luke Eye, a premium sleep glasses brand.
The partnership was formalized through a sponsorship agreement ceremony held on September 22, ahead of the home game against Jeju United at the Gwangju Football Stadium.
Luke Eye, co-founded by Son Dong-min, physical coach of Pohang Steelers, and Son Jae-hwan, CEO of Ideco Glasses, aims to improve athletes’ recovery and sleep quality. As part of the collaboration, Luke Eye has released limited-edition glasses, including ‘MODELO GWANGJU FC’ and ’MODELO LEE JUNG HYO’, designed in partnership with Gwangju FC and coach Lee Jung-hyo.
Son Dong-hwi, Luke Eye Manager, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “I am thrilled to be working with Gwangju FC, a trendsetter in the K-League.” He added, “I look forward to exploring various collaborations that will yield win-win results for both Luke Eye and Gwangju FC.”
