The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has confirmed that the website will be opened for the registration of Egyptian students to take exams abroad, for the first semester of the current academic year 2024/2025, in the month of November 2024, and the parent must follow the following steps:
Steps to apply and register exam form for students abroad
– Create a special account for the parent on the electronic platform for our children abroad.
– Determine the number of children applying to test our children abroad through the account created for the parent.
– During the electronic registration process for the parent, through the electronic platform for our children abroad, at any stage of study, payment of USD 100 per student and conditions apply.
– Registering the electronic form to apply for our children’s exams abroad, filling all the required data in the form, correctly, along with the original documents and uploading a clean, recent copy of the required application documents for each student in PDF format. Application form printed and attached.
– Electronic follow-up through the electronic platform for the examination of our children abroad, to view the seat number or any message or save any document requested from the parent, while following up on the class supervisor’s e-mail for any inquiry requested by the parent.
Send original documents
– In case of registration of a student, by mail only, in a manner suitable for new students, in the general administration of examination, original documents uploaded on the website, copies of which are sent are the responsibility of the parent.
– In case of any kind of discrepancy between the document images uploaded on the site and the originals sent or failure to follow the mentioned application conditions, the full responsibility rests with the guardian.
– The administration has the right to cancel the application, unless the student fulfills the conditions and application instructions.
– Recover existing data on the platform, after retention (only all data and attachments recorded on it).
– Applications will be sent to the email designated for financial affairs, which is financial@moe.edu.eg, no later than December 31 for the current academic year, provided that all payment receipts are attached.
– The administration has the right to cancel the examination on the basis of refund and this will be mentioned in the financial affairs of the Ministry.
– After this date, the parent does not have the right to submit a refund request after December 31, 2024; The responsibility rests entirely on the parent.
