Golden State warriors coach Steve Kerr is adding a familiar face to his staff: his son, Nicholas Kerr. The younger kerr, 32, will join the NBA team’s coaching ranks after leading the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State’s G League affiliate, for the past two seasons.
nicholas Kerr’s tenure in Santa Cruz saw the team achieve a 20-14 record in each season, consistently placing fourth in the G League Western Conference. Before his time in Santa Cruz, Kerr gained experience as a graduate assistant at cal and as an intern with the San Antonio Spurs.
