Materials and method
Cooking time is approximately 5 minutes
Ingredients (for 2 to 3 people)
Okura…1 pack
Shimeji mushrooms…1 pack
Garlic…1 clove
Pepper…a little of each
Mentsuyu (4x concentrated)…1 teaspoon
Sesame oil…1 teaspoon
Substitute food
・It is OK to change from shimeji mushrooms to king king mushrooms
・You can also change okra to green pepper.
You can also substitute ingredients you have at home!
You can save money on food by prioritizing the use of ingredients in stock.
How to make
- Cut the okra diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Trim the roots of the shimeji mushrooms and loosen them. Slice the garlic thinly.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add okra and shimeji mushrooms, and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes. When it starts to heat up, add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- When the heat goes through, adjust the taste with pepper and mentsuyu.
You can also make them in bulk.
