Liquid Phosphorus Fertilizer Boosts Crop ‍Nutrition,Efficiency

Solutions aimed at improving crop nutrition are a key strategy for maximizing ⁢the potential of seed technology. One such solution⁣ involves ‍the use of phosphated ⁣fertilization.

Agri Liquid Solutions Argentina (ALS) recently showcased its MapLiquid, a balanced NPS liquid⁤ starter fertilizer, at Expoagro.

MapLiquid ⁤features 100% bioavailable phosphorus, ensuring rapid assimilation by plants. Unlike some fertilizers, it doesn’t require complex transformation processes and offers an increased number of contact points within the soil. This facilitates efficient root absorption, leading to enhanced overall effectiveness.

Liquid Phosphorus‍ Enhances nutritional Uptake

According to Lendro Armoa, General Manager, MapLiquid is a versatile product⁣ proven effective across diverse environments. It can be applied at planting for total⁤ coverage, incorporated into the sowing process, or used as a foliar application post-emergence.

Armoa recommends incorporating the liquid fertilizer next to the seed during planting to unlock its full potential.

ALS’s production technology optimizes the use of⁢ available phosphorus ‍in the fertilizer, perhaps replacing conventional⁣ solid phosphorus applications with a more efficient method,⁤ according to Grace, a representative for the company.

Specialized Sowing Kit for Liquid Application

To facilitate the adoption of MapLiquid, ALS has ‍developed a specialized sowing ⁤kit tailored to the needs of producers.

“liquid technology is not yet widely adopted in Argentina,” ⁤Armoa⁢ said. “Therefore, ‍ALS partnered with a local supplier to create a kit that allows for the ⁤application of liquid ⁤fertilizer directly into the seed furrow during sowing.”

he believes this application kit is the most efficient method for applying phosphorus, ensuring that 100% of the dose reaches the planting‍ line directly.

ALS offers the equipment to producers under a bailment agreement. “We provide this equipment in⁤ bailment to the producer, it has a very wide shelf life⁤ and to the extent that there is a commercial relationship, we leave it installed to the producer and after ⁤a certain volume we leave 100% bonus,” he said.

Armoa added, “We do it initially in bailment, so⁣ that ‍the producer does not have to invest absolutely in anything else that in the fertilizer to adopt technology.”

Technically, the kit does not‍ impede any of the existing sowing benefits. It allows producers to operate a dual system, choosing between‍ liquid or solid fertilization at any point during the planting process.

Mercy, another representative, highlighted the advantages, stating that the ⁣innovation lies ⁣in its efficiency. “Being more⁤ efficient and being able to take‍ advantage⁢ of the entire nutrient, with less quantity a similar result ⁣is obtained.”

This efficiency translates to a potential reduction‍ of up to 20% in fertilizer doses, while concurrently improving crop yields ‍by as much as 16%, according to the company.

Liquid Phosphorus Fertilizer: Enhancing Crop Nutrition and Efficiency with MapLiquid

What is MapLiquid?

MapLiquid is a balanced NPS (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, ⁤Sulfur) liquid starter fertilizer developed by Agri Liquid Solutions (ALS)⁢ Argentina. It ⁣was showcased at Expoagro.

What are the Key⁤ Benefits of Using MapLiquid?

MapLiquid offers several advantages for crop nutrition and efficiency:

  • 100% Bioavailable Phosphorus: This ensures rapid absorption by plants, unlike some fertilizers requiring complex change.
  • Enhanced Root⁤ Absorption: ⁢The fertilizer increases the number of contact⁣ points within⁣ the soil, allowing for efficient root uptake.
  • Versatile Submission: It can be applied at planting for ⁤total coverage, incorporated into the sowing process, or used ⁢as a foliar application post-emergence.
  • Potential for Dose ⁣Reduction: May allow a reduction of up to 20%⁣ in fertilizer doses.
  • Improved ⁣Crop Yields: According to the company, crop yields can improve by as much‍ as 16%.

How Does MapLiquid Improve Nutrient Uptake?

MapLiquid enhances nutrient uptake by:

  • Providing 100% bioavailable phosphorus that plants can readily absorb.
  • increasing the number of contact⁤ points in the soil to improve root absorption.

How⁢ Should MapLiquid Be Applied?

According to lendro Armoa, General Manager, the optimal application method ‍for MapLiquid is to incorporate the ⁣liquid fertilizer next to the seed during planting.

What is the ALS Specialized Sowing Kit?

ALS has developed a specialized sowing kit to⁣ facilitate the adoption of MapLiquid. This kit ⁤is specifically ⁤designed for applying liquid fertilizer directly into the⁤ seed⁤ furrow during sowing.

How Does ‍the Sowing Kit Benefit Producers?

The sowing kit provides several advantages:

  • Efficient Application: ⁣ It ⁢ensures that 100%⁢ of the phosphorus dose reaches the planting line‍ directly.
  • No ⁢initial Investment: ALS provides the equipment to ⁣producers under a⁢ bailment agreement. This means⁣ the⁣ producer does not have to‍ make an upfront investment.
  • Dual System Compatibility: The kit does not ⁤impede existing sowing practices, enabling producers to use both liquid and solid fertilization methods.

What is a Bailment Agreement?

ALS offers the specialized sowing equipment under a bailment agreement. This ⁣means ⁢that ALS provides the equipment to the producer without the‍ producer having to⁣ buy it upfront. The⁣ equipment remains the property of⁣ ALS while being used ⁣by the producer.

What are the Potential Savings and Yield Improvements with MapLiquid?

According⁤ to the facts provided, MapLiquid can lead to:

  • A potential reduction of ⁤up to 20% in fertilizer doses.
  • An increase‍ in ⁣crop yields by as much as 16%.

MapLiquid⁤ vs. Conventional phosphorus Fertilizers: A Summary

here’s a comparison to highlight⁢ the key differences, focusing on benefits:

Feature MapLiquid Conventional Solid Phosphorus Fertilizers
Phosphorus Availability 100% bioavailable May require complex transformation processes in the soil.
Contact ‍Points in Soil Increased number Likely Fewer, less efficient ⁤for root uptake.
Application Method Can be applied during planting, sowing or as foliar Typically applied during soil preparation or planting – ⁢Less flexible.
Efficiency Possibly reduces fertilizer doses by up to 20% Typically requires higher doses.
Yield Improvement Potential for up to 16% increase Yield improvements depend on ‍many factor.s
