A fatal house fire in Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood has claimed the lives of three people, including two young children.The Philadelphia fire broke out early Friday on Corlies street near Cumberland Street, according to officials.
Firefighters responded to the scene just before 5 a.m. Upon arrival, they found five people inside the residence: two women and three children. One woman was discovered deceased on the second floor of the home.
