Kochi: Maradu police have registered a case towards the youth who brutally beat up his girlfriend within the metropolis centre. The police have registered a case towards Arun, a resident of Poonithura. Maradu police stated that based mostly on the girl’s assertion, a case has been registered and the accused is being sought. CCTV footage of the girl being overwhelmed has been launched.
The incident occurred on Wednesday round 4:30 am on Vyatila Janata Street. Within the footage, the younger girl is strolling and Arun, who was following her, is brutally beating her and the younger girl is screaming. He was accompanied by 4 others, however they haven’t been charged up to now.
It’s reported that the girl’s marriage with Arun has been terminated. The beating was triggered by an argument over the girl’s unauthorized outing along with her pals and her late arrival. In line with neighbors, when the police arrived, the lady stated there was no grievance. Nevertheless, the police later filed a grievance claiming that the girl had been admitted to the hospital.
