Secom® Healthcare Group hosted the second edition of its educational summit, Wellbeing 360˚ – Transforming Prevention into a Lifestyle
, on May 9, 2026. The event, held in Cluj, Romania, aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of modern health needs and the implementation of sustainable, conscious daily routines.
The summit took place at the Hotel Radisson Blu Cluj and attracted over 240 participants. Rather than functioning as a traditional educational conference, the event was designed as an interactive space for reflection, connection and applied learning, focusing on the integration of preventive health measures into the rhythms of modern life.
The event utilized an interdisciplinary approach to health, bringing together a diverse group of medical professionals and specialists. The contributing experts included practitioners in the fields of nutrition, somnology, toxicology, movement, psychology, and responsible supplementation.
The framework of the Wellbeing 360˚ experience was built around seven primary pillars of health, which the organizers presented as the foundation for a preventive lifestyle:
- Balanced nutrition
- Physical movement
- Quality sleep
- Stress management
- The cultivation of healthy relationships
- The avoidance of toxins
- Regular medical evaluations
By addressing these areas simultaneously, the summit emphasized that health is not the result of a single action but the outcome of consistent, small choices across multiple dimensions of well-being. The objective was to move prevention beyond a mere intention and transform it into a practical, daily routine.
A significant portion of the summit focused on the necessity of health education within Romania. The organizers highlighted the importance of accessing validated content and credible expertise to ensure that individuals can make informed decisions about their own health and the supplements they may use.
Alina Tătaru, the Corporate Communications & Sustainability Manager for Secom Healthcare Group, emphasized the strategic goal of the event to provide concrete steps for immediate integration into daily life. She noted that responsible and personalized supplementation can serve as a support system for a balanced lifestyle when used correctly.
At Secom, we believe that prevention should not remain only a good intention, but can become a daily routine, built through small and consistent choices. Romania needs more health education, and Wellbeing 360˚ is our way of bringing together credible experts, validated content and applied solutions, so that people leave not only inspired, but also with concrete steps that they can integrate immediately into their lives. For us, prevention is an investment in long-term quality of life, and food supplements, used responsibly and personalized, can support a balanced lifestyle.

The summit’s structure reflected a shift toward proactive healthcare, where periodic medical evaluations and the avoidance of environmental toxins are treated with the same importance as nutrition and exercise. This holistic model suggests that long-term quality of life is dependent on the synergy between professional medical guidance and personal lifestyle adjustments.
By combining the insights of psychologists, toxicologists, and somnologists, the event provided a multidisciplinary perspective on how stress and sleep quality directly impact physical health and the body’s response to nutrition and movement.
