[미추홀구 세계타임즈=심하린 기자] Michuhol-gu Sungeui Health Center (Branch Director Jo In-ja) will run a ‘Happy Birth Yoga’ pregnant women yoga class for pregnant women in the district who are 20 weeks or more pregnant from September 3 to October 31.
In this program, a prenatal yoga expert instructor will teach you how to increase spinal flexibility, build pelvic strength, prevent back pain, balance pelvic yoga, meridian yoga tailored to fetal development, and postures to prepare for labor and ensure a smooth birth.
The program will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 12:00, and applications can be made on a first-come, first-served basis through the Michuhol-gu Integrated Reservation Portal. There is no participation fee.
