Jalen Green Exits Suns-Clippers Game with Hamstring Injury
Phoenix Suns guard Jalen Green sustained a hamstring injury during Saturday’s game against teh Los Angeles Clippers at Intuit Dome in inglewood, California, forcing him to exit the contest in the first quarter. Green was unable to finish the game after appearing to strain his leg while driving to the basket.

Recurring Hamstring Issue
This is not the first time Green has been sidelined with a hamstring problem this season. He initially injured the hamstring during training camp and re-aggravated it during the Suns’ preseason trip to China. The injury kept him out of the Suns’ first eight games of the 2024-2025 season.
Recent Performance and Trade
Green, acquired by Phoenix in a seven-team trade that sent Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets last summer, made his Suns debut on Thursday, November 7, 2024, scoring 29 points in a win over the Clippers in Arizona. The former No. 2 overall pick from the 2021 NBA draft started for the suns at Intuit Dome.
