J.League Football: Tokyo Verdy Secures 2-0 Victory Over Consadole Sapporo
The J.League football battle at Daiwa House Premist Dome saw a meeting between Consadole Sapporo, the 19th place team, and Tokyo Verdy, the 7th place team.

Sapporo escaped conceding a second goal in incredible fashion when Yudai Kimura collected the ball close to goal but fired an incredible shot over the crossbar.
In the last ten minutes, Daiki Suga lost the ball in the middle of the field.
However, the referee checked VAR and forfeited the goal due to foul.
In the last minute of injury time, Thiago Alves slipped in and easily shot past Takanori Sugeno, securing a 2-0 victory for Tokyo Verdy.
