The Collor Plan, while aiming for stabilization, initially caused widespread economic disruption.

The Plano collor also affected the import of components necessary for vehicle production, creating supply chain issues for Envemo. Furthermore, the opening of the Brazilian market to imported vehicles during the Collor administration increased competition, making it tough for domestic manufacturers like Envemo to compete on price and features.

By 1994, Envemo was unable to overcome these economic headwinds and declared bankruptcy. Production of the Camper ceased, leaving behind a relatively small number of vehicles.
