Begining in 1962, the franchise boasts 25 films, featuring six actors who have portrayed the famous 007: Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig.
The soundtracks of each film have significantly impacted film composition and arrangements. The original theme was composed by Monty Norman. For many years, John Barry and his orchestra were primarily responsible for the scores, with occasional contributions from Bill Conti and Marvin Hamlisch.
Numerous artists have contributed songs to the bond films,including David Arnold,eric Serra,Michael Kamen,Matt Monroe,Louis Armstrong,Tom Jones,Paul McCartney (with Wings),Sheena easton,Duran duran,Tina Turner,A-Ha,Madonna,Sheryl Crow,and Shirley Bassey,who has performed the central theme more than any other artist.
On March 28, a symphonic tribute featuring more than 90 artists, including musicians, singers, and choirs, will take place at the Opera Theater, under the direction of conductor Andrés Robles.

According to Robles,the performance aims to recreate the experience of past Bond films,connecting images and music to evoke memories and emotions. The show will feature live performances of the soundtracks, accompanied by corresponding images from the films.
For nostalgic as me it is indeed very special, as it recreates What one lived many years ago and mobilizes what we have in the memory And in memory to be able to express it in terms of body movement, to sing, to dance, to link the images with what each one has in the mind. Then this is iconic and that is done for the first time, which is to execute the sound bands of James Bond, translated and expressed through music. In the show the soundtrack of each film will be heard live, supported by the corresponding images.
The program will include well-known themes such as Paul McCartney’s Live and Let Die,
Duran Duran’s A View to a Kill,
A-Ha’s The Living Daylights,
and Adele’s Skyfall.

Robles noted that mccartney’s Live and Let Die
transitions from a peaceful resolution to an explosive musical attack by the orchestra and choirs.
The main James Bond theme will be a highlight of the gala,capturing the essence of the films. It goes through mystery, persecution, suspense, relaxation, calm and adrenaline. All those elements and emotions will be present this Friday at the Opera theater to enjoy the magic contained in each soundtrack of James Bond.
