T.I. Responds to 50 Cent’s Verzuz Trolling & Court Footage Dig

T.I. Responds to 50 Cent’s Trolling, Declares Readiness for Verzuz Battle

T.I. Has responded to 50 Cent’s recent online trolling, reaffirming his willingness to participate in a Verzuz battle despite the New York rapper’s attempts to discredit him. The back-and-forth began after T.I. Publicly challenged 50 Cent to a Verzuz showdown, a claim 50 Cent answered not with acceptance, but with pointed posts referencing T.I.’s past legal issues.

On Saturday, , T.I. Shared a video on Instagram of himself rapping along to his track “Let Em’ Know” while surrounded by family during a dinner gathering. The post served as a direct response to 50 Cent’s actions, signaling that he remains unfazed and prepared to compete.

“@50cent I don’t fear my past I’m too focused on the future. Top 20 in 2 weeks & climbing. Now #LetemKnow THAT👑!!! I’m LOVED not LIKED. #MyGodDontPlayBoutMe,” T.I. Wrote in the caption accompanying the video.

The exchange was sparked by 50 Cent’s reaction to T.I.’s initial challenge. Earlier on Saturday, 50 Cent shared a clip appearing to show T.I. Testifying in court, identifying the body of a man named Phil and recounting the difficult task of informing the deceased’s family. He captioned the post, “No, no, I don’t like it 🤨No verses, let’s do (The stay away challenge ) and stay away from me. LOL @50centaction.”

Prior to that, 50 Cent posted a video of T.I. Featured in a promotional advertisement for Crime Stoppers Atlanta, with the caption, “I know Atlanta pick and choose who they support, but 😆yall gotta do better. LOL 😆keep my name out ya mouth ! @bransoncognac.”

The escalating exchange suggests a Verzuz battle between the two artists is unlikely to happen in the near future. The public response has been mixed, with some questioning 50 Cent’s tactics, according to reports.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent has also explained his recent slowdown in releasing new music. He told Rolling Stone that while he enjoys the creative process and doesn’t intend to stop making music altogether, he believes hip-hop is primarily a genre for younger artists. “You can have the best verse, but I don’t think Make sure to have the best verse at 50 years old,” he stated. He added that hip-hop is “connected to youth culture” and that he is content with having stepped back from consistently releasing new material.

The situation highlights the ongoing rivalry between the two rappers and the complexities of navigating public image and past controversies in the music industry. While a Verzuz battle appears off the table for now, the online exchange continues to generate discussion among fans and observers alike.
