The Ministry of Small and Medium Businesses and New Businesses has announced that the Cabinet meeting has passed a revision to the Small Business Act, allowing hundred-year-old small business owners to register as Onnuri gift certificate franchisees. This amendment is expected to take effect immediately after its publication, following presidential approval. A 100-year small business owner refers to a small business owner who has run a business for a long time and has made significant contributions to society and is expected to grow. In fields other than manufacturing, those with more than 30 years of experience are eligible.
