Oskar Pietuszewski,the 17-year-old Polish midfielder,made his debut for FC Porto on Sunday,entering the match against Vitória Setubal as a 73rd-minute substitute for Borja Sainz.
Within minutes of joining the game,pietuszewski made an immediate impact,earning a penalty for his team. He aggressively drove into the penalty area and was fouled by Telmo Arcanjo. Though the initial call went unnoticed by the referee, a lengthy video review resulted in a penalty kick awarded to Porto.
Pietuszewski continued to press, drawing a foul just outside the box in the ninth minute of added time. Arcanjo committed the foul, receiving his second yellow card and a subsequent red card.
Alan Varela successfully converted the penalty, securing a win for Porto and maintaining their lead in the league standings.
