Taichung, Taiwan – A massive fire erupted at the Quanlian Dadu Factory in Taichung City’s Dadu District this afternoon, engulfing the facility and prompting a frantic rescue operation. While 19 workers have been successfully rescued, six remain trapped inside, according to officials.

Initial reports indicate that five workers were rescued from a third-floor balcony, while 14 others were pulled from the upper floors. Tragically, two workers are believed to have perished in the fire.
