Legislator and Chinese professional Baseball League chairman Tsai Chi-chang spearheaded the giveaway, printing 300,000 copies of the celebratory couplet.
“It’s not easy for taiwan to win a first-tier championship,” Tsai told the jubilant crowd. “Let’s share this joy together.”
The “Taiwan Shang Yong” couplet has become more than just a celebratory souvenir. it’s resonated throughout Taiwanese society, finding its way into fitness routines for community groups and even schoolchildren.

“People lined up at 11 a.m.as they wanted to be part of this historic moment,” Tsai remarked.
