Taiwanese Team Prepares for World Top 12 Baseball Tournament

The Taiwanese baseball team is set to start their matches in the World Top 12 Baseball Tournament at the Tokyo Dome. The games begin tomorrow, with Taiwan facing Venezuela at noon (11 AM Taiwan time).

Li Yiyang, a representative from Taiwan, visited the team today to show support. He spoke with head coach Zeng Haoju and the players, expressing confidence in their skills and morale. Li noted, “The skill and condition of our national team have reached their peak. With the support of our fans, I believe they will achieve good results.”

After practice, Li introduced the players to Japanese muscadine grapes to help replenish their energy. Coach Zeng thanked Li for his thoughtful gesture.

The schedule for the tournament includes:

• Taiwan vs. Venezuela on November 21 at 12 PM Japan time
• Taiwan vs. USA on November 22 at 12 PM Japan time
• Taiwan vs. Japan on November 23 at 7 PM Japan time

The teams from Taiwan, Venezuela, Japan, and the USA are using today for official practice before the tournament kicks off.
