The procedures for candidates placed in contracted personnel positions within this guide will be conducted in accordance with Article 657 of the ”Devlet Memurları kanunu” (Civil Servants Law) and the relevant articles of the “Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel,” enacted by the Council of Ministers Decree dated 6/6/1978 and numbered 7/15754. Candidates who do not meet any of the conditions specified in the aforementioned Law and Principles will not be appointed, even if they have been placed.
With the exception of the exceptions specified in Additional Article 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, contracted personnel will not be appointed by the Institution, even if they have been placed in the same positions announced in this guide.

“Contracted personnel cannot be re-employed in the contracted personnel positions of public institutions and organizations unless one year has passed from the date of termination if their contract is terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract,or if they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period.”
