Second seed Daniel Taro defeated No. 3 seed Alan Walton (Australia) in straight sets 6-4, 7-5, winning the Challenger Tournament for the first time this season and securing his ninth title in about a year.

Paire (France) who is ranked 281st in the second round, and 5th seed Wong Coleman (Hong Kong) in the quarterfinals. He then defeated 4th seed Tseng Chun-hsing (Taiwan) in the semifinals to advance to the final.

After limiting his opponent to one break, he got three breaks in the return game and won the heated battle that lasted 1 hour and 53 minutes.
This is the first time this season that Daniel has won a challenger tournament. It was his ninth title in total, the first in about a year since the NSW Open (Australia/Sydney, Hard, ATP Challenger) held in early November last year.
