Tatjana Sablíková Misses European Finals by a Hair
Three-time Olympic champion Sáblíková announced that she would compete in the championship as part of her full training regime in readiness for the games in Milan. Nikol Demková’s Championship Debut
Nikol Demková will represent the Czech Republic in the 1000m and 1500m events, marking her first appearance at the World Championships. She is considered a promising talent with the potential to challenge for a medal.
Demková achieved a personal best time of 1:15.42 in the 1000m at the World Cup event in Stavanger, Norway, on November 19, 2025, and a personal best of 1:56.87 in the 1500m at the same competition.
