The announcement follows an engagement the couple shared on social media in August 2025. According to reports from Page Six and Hello! magazine, the wedding is scheduled for the day before the July 4th holiday, which is noted as a favorite of the singer.

Venue and Guest Logistics

While the specific venue has not been officially disclosed, reports suggest the couple is seeking a space such as a museum or an arena to accommodate a large guest list. This decision follows previous speculation that the wedding might occur in Rhode Island, specifically at the Ocean House resort in Watch Hill or Swift’s $17 million mansion.

Tara Guérard, the wedding planner for the Ocean House in Rhode Island, explicitly refuted the Rhode Island rumors via Instagram, stating that Swift was not her bride for the June 13 date that fans had previously speculated upon.

To maintain privacy, the couple reportedly included non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with the save-the-date missives. Guests were required to sign these agreements when submitting their RSVPs.
