Taylor Swift has announced she once again owns her entire body of work. In a statement posted on her website‍ Friday, Swift saeid, “All‍ of the music I’ve ever made now belongs to me.” ⁢This⁤ marks⁣ a significant victory in her long-standing effort to control her music.

The pop star repurchased her catalog of recordings, initially released⁢ through Big Machine Records, from Shamrock Capital. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition follows swift’s years-long ⁣project of rerecording her ⁤first six albums, dubbed “Taylor’s Version,” to⁣ regain ownership.
