Pop superstar Taylor Swift has filed a restraining order against Brian Jason Wagner, 45, alleging he has been stalking her and causing emotional distress.Swift claims Wagner has repeatedly appeared at her Los angeles residences for almost a year, asserting a nonexistent relationship.
According to SwiftS declaration,Wagner’s visits began in July 2024. During one visit, he allegedly carried a glass bottle.Swift stated that Wagner made false claims about living at her property, being in a relationship with her, and believing she is the mother of his son.
Last month,Wagner allegedly returned to Swift’s home twice,claiming to check on a friend.Swift’s team discovered Wagner had been incarcerated in 2023 when he began sending her numerous communications expressing infatuation and making false claims about their personal lives.
A member of Swift’s security team stated that Wagner made hundreds of attempts to contact swift while incarcerated, leading them to issue a security alert. wagner also allegedly sent numerous emails to Swift’s staff, attempted to divert her mail, and falsely changed his driver’s licence address to her Los Angeles home.
