According to SwiftS declaration,Wagner’s visits began in July 2024. During one visit, he allegedly carried a glass bottle.Swift stated that Wagner made false claims about living at her property, being in a relationship with her, and believing she is the mother of his son.
Last month,Wagner allegedly returned to Swift’s home twice,claiming to check on a friend.Swift’s team discovered Wagner had been incarcerated in 2023 when he began sending her numerous communications expressing infatuation and making false claims about their personal lives.
A member of Swift’s security team stated that Wagner made hundreds of attempts to contact swift while incarcerated, leading them to issue a security alert. wagner also allegedly sent numerous emails to Swift’s staff, attempted to divert her mail, and falsely changed his driver’s licence address to her Los Angeles home.
Swift emphasizes she does not know Wagner and has never communicated with him. She fears for her safety and that of her family due to Wagner’s repeated visits and threatening communications.
A hearing is scheduled for June 30. Swift has been granted a temporary restraining order against Wagner, protecting herself, her home, her car, and her workplace.
