India’s Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹10,657 crore for the third quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q3FY26), a 13.9 percent decrease from ₹12,380 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The profit represents an 11.7 percent sequential decline from ₹12,075 crore.
Revenue from operations increased by 4.9 percent year-on-year to ₹67,087 crore, compared to ₹63,973 crore in Q3FY25. Sequentially,revenue rose by 2 percent from ₹65,799 crore.
TCS announced an interim dividend of ₹11 per share and a special dividend of ₹46 per share, resulting in a total payout of ₹57 per share.
