Incident Details
- Incident Time: November 5, 2024 (Tuesday), around 8:00 AM
- Affected Areas: Terminal management server or network
- Impact: Educational PCs in East Building 3, 1F practice classroom, and 2F and 3F study rooms. IED and CED PCs may also be affected, although this is unconfirmed.
Symptoms
Windows and Linux operating systems cannot be started, rendering the PCs unusable.
Current Status
Contractors are working on restoration efforts to resolve the issue.
