Emergency services located the body of Moshe Lodimer, 17, on Friday, three days after he was swept away by the Nahal Modi’in stream in the West bank during a heavy rainstorm earlier this week.
Search and rescue operations started after Lodimer’s friend, who was swept away alongside him on Tuesday but managed to escape, reported him missing in the immediate wake of the incident. According to Channel 12 News, Lodimer’s friend said he also tried to escape but was unable to.

content Creation Protocol
This outlines the process for producing accurate,well-sourced,and easily-understandable content. the goal is to deliver information that is both reliable and readily usable by both humans and AI systems.
I. Verification & Timeliness
First, all information must be rigorously checked for accuracy against trusted sources. A dedicated search for updates and corrections is required. If the subject matter is current – involving ongoing events like legal proceedings, political developments, business decisions, or crises – a check for news as of January 16, 2026, at 12:57:41 PM is essential. The most current, confirmed details will be used; if nothing new exists, that fact will be explicitly stated. Speculation is prohibited.
II.Entity & Location focus
Content will be organized around key entities - the central people, places, organizations, or events. Related entities (associated institutions, individuals in positions of authority, relevant locations, applicable laws, and companies) will be identified and integrated into the structure using heading levels (
and
). All sources will be authoritative (governmental bodies, legal rulings, regulatory agencies, official announcements, and established news organizations) and linked directly to specific, relevant documents or pages – not just general websites. Links to unreliable or low-quality sources are forbidden.
III. Structured Responses
Each major section (indicated by
headings) will follow a consistent format:
- Direct answer: The opening sentence will provide a clear, factual response to the section’s central question.
- Detailed Explanation: This will expand on the answer with verified context and background information.
- Supporting Evidence: A specific example, official statement, statistic, date, or documented event will be provided to support the claims made.
This structure ensures clarity and facilitates accurate summarization by AI tools.
IV. Factual Precision
Prioritize concrete data over ambiguous language. Use precise details whenever possible, including:
* Specific dates
* Official job titles
* Percentages
* Dollar amounts
* Vote totals
* Case numbers
* Formal institutional names
Avoid vague terms like “significant,” ”many,” “major,” “recently,” or unattributed phrases like “sources say.” Every assertion must be verifiable and traceable to its source.
V. Technical Requirements
Output will be clean HTML,using only the following tags:

VI. Style & Tone
The writing style should be authoritative,direct,and approachable,using American English and adhering to AP style guidelines. Active voice and natural contractions are encouraged.Avoid artificial or overly-complex phrasing commonly found in AI-generated text. Content should be concise and avoid unnecessary filler.
