The initial incident involved two women in the restroom. Lindberg allegedly grabbed one woman’s hair and pulled her to the ground. when questioned by police, Lindberg stated that after leaving the restroom, a third victim - a bar employee – grabbed her arm and attempted to remove her from the bar.
Lindberg admitted to striking the employee with a closed fist, though she could not recall where she struck the victim. Multiple witnesses reportedly told police that Lindberg struck the employee in the face. lindberg allegedly justified the action by stating, “she pulled me somewhere I didn’t like, so I hit her.”

Lindberg was released on her own recognizance, meaning she was not required to post bail. As of December 1,2025,her court date had not been scheduled. The Alachua County Sheriff’s Office is handling the inquiry and prosecution.
