Temu now displays a notice to users before they finalize purchases, warning of potential tariff increases. The notice states: “Imported articles to the United States may be subject to import positions. These charges cover all customs processes and costs, including tariffs paid to the authorities in yoru name.”

To mitigate the impact of tariffs, Temu is highlighting products stored in U.S. warehouses.
These items are identified with a ”local warehouse” label. While not necessarily manufactured in the U.S., these products are exempt from import duties due to their physical presence within the country.
