The Tennessee Entertainment Commission has announced the 2026 dates and locations for the Levitt AMP Music Series, bringing free outdoor concerts to six communities across the state as part of a multi-year partnership with the Levitt Family Foundation.

The selected communities for the 2026 concert series are Dyersburg, Lawrenceburg, Loudon, Maryville, McMinnville, and Shelbyville. This initiative marks the first year of a three-year collaboration between the state and the Levitt Family Foundation, which will provide matching grants of up to $40,000 per year from 2026 through 2028 to support the program.

The funding will support approximately 180 free outdoor concerts over the three-year period, featuring high-caliber artists across a broad array of music genres. The concerts are designed to activate underused outdoor public spaces and create community gathering destinations while ensuring access to the arts for Tennesseans of all ages and backgrounds.

“This concert series is a powerful example of how collaboration can strengthen the foundation that supports Tennessee’s music and entertainment ecosystem,” said TEC Executive Director Bob Raines. “Music has always been at the heart of our state’s identity, and this partnership with Levitt builds on that legacy in a meaningful way. We’re excited to see the lasting impact this series will create across these six communities this year.”

Sharon Yazowski, President and CEO of the Levitt Family Foundation, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “The Levitt Family Foundation is thrilled to be collaborating with the Tennessee Entertainment Commission, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development and the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development to support free outdoor concerts across the state.”

The Levitt Family Foundation has previously funded more than 80 communities across the United States through its Levitt Music Series grant program. In Tennessee, the grants are being administered to local presenting partners in each community: the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce in Dyersburg, Downtown Lawrenceburg in Lawrenceburg, Loudon ALIVE in Loudon, the Downtown Maryville Alliance in Maryville, Main Street McMinnville in McMinnville, and The Fly Arts Center in Shelbyville.

Applications for the 2026-2028 grant period are now closed. The program represents the Foundation’s first joint partnership with a specific state government and aims to strengthen local arts infrastructure while expanding access to free, family-friendly cultural events throughout Tennessee.
