Tennessee Tech Opens 2026 Baseball Season at No. 25 Texas A&M

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles baseball team begins its 2026 season with a three-game series against the No. 25 Texas A&M Aggies, starting Friday at 6 p.m. CT. The games will be broadcast on SEC Network+.

Throughout its history, the program has secured 14 OVC Championships – 10 regular-season titles and 4 tournament championships.

Tech’s 37 wins in 2025 represented the program’s highest win total since a 53-win season in 2018, which culminated in a berth in the NCAA Super Regional against Texas.

The pitching matchups for the series are expected to be Jaxson Pease (RHP) against Shane Sdao (LHP) on Friday, Cooper Casteel (LHP) versus Weston Moss (RHP) on Saturday, and Logan Moller (RHP) taking the mound against Aiden Simms (RHP) on Sunday.
