The company has experienced rapid growth, more than tripling its revenue as its Series B funding just two quarters ago. Tennr addresses a significant operational challenge in health care: the fragmented and manual process of referring patients for specialized care.
Each year, over a third of americans require referrals for specialty care, imaging, or treatment. Specialists often receive these referrals thru a mix of fax, email, and various electronic portals, requiring extensive manual review and follow-up. This can lead to backlogs, missed patients, claim denials, and delays in care, even for urgent cases.
Tennr’s platform aims to help providers convert more incoming patients and deliver care more efficiently without requiring major changes to existing workflows. The new funding will support the launch of the Tennr Network, designed to connect all parties involved in the patient referral process.
