Dutco and Sweid & Sweid, two prominent Dubai-based firms, have partnered to launch Terralogix, the emirate’s largest privately owned logistics park. The expansive 3.3 million-square-foot growth is strategically located in Warsan, northern Dubai.
Terralogix is designed to be a crucial component of dubai’s supply chain infrastructure, supporting the emirate’s ambition to rank among the world’s top five Grade-A logistics hubs.This new logistics development addresses the growing demand for efficient freight services and innovative logistics solutions in the region.
Construction of Phase One is underway, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2026. Pre-leasing opportunities are currently available.
The park’s design incorporates modularity and flexible leasing options, enabling tenants to customize and scale their facilities to meet specific operational needs. This adaptability is a key feature,given the evolving demands of modern supply chains.
