Women’s Singles: Patcharin Cheepchandej Advances to Quarter-Finals
Patcharin Cheepchandej, a former champion and owner of the Thailand Women’s Singles Championship, showcased her skills as the number 1 seed in the program. She defeated rising star Maya Bunya Arunnet from Bangkok with scores of 6-1 and 6-1, securing her spot in the quarter-finals.
Cheepchandej will face Thanatchaporn Youngmode, the 7th seed from Chonburi, who won over Bunyawee Thamchaiwat, the 10th seed from Nakhon Ratchasima.
