Thailand Dominates Timor in ASEAN‍ Futsal Championship

The Thailand national futsal team⁣ took on Timor in the second leg⁤ of the ‌2024 ASEAN Futsal‌ Championship Group ⁤A at Terminal Hall, Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand.

Thailand entered the match with a strong momentum, having won their first match against Brunei with a score of 13-0. Meanwhile, Timor suffered a 1-4 loss to Vietnam in their previous match.

Thailand’s ‌head coach, Miguel Rodrigo, fielded a‌ starting lineup consisting of⁣ Charoenphong Prasansat (GK), Krit Aranyasanyalak,​ Piyawat Phetchanoi,⁢ Narongsak⁣ Wongwon (C), and Terd.

The match saw Thailand ⁣take an early lead, with Krit Aranyasanalak scoring a goal in the 3rd ⁤minute⁤ from a free​ kick in front of the⁣ penalty ​area. The ball deflected off⁢ Miguel ⁤Lay​ and‌ into the goal, giving Thailand⁣ a 1-0 advantage.

Thailand continued to dominate the match, ⁣scoring their second goal in the 7th​ minute to take⁣ a 2-0 lead.
