- A central feature of the attraction will be a recreation of the original studio where the 1970 album Let it Be was recorded.
Apple Corps Ltd. Has announced the opening of the first official Beatles fan experience in 2027. The new museum and interactive attraction will be located at 3 Savile Row in London’s Mayfair district, returning the organization to the site of the band’s historic 1969 rooftop concert.
The facility will occupy seven floors of a Georgian townhouse. According to a press release, the experience will feature never-seen-before material from Apple Corps’ extensive archives
, along with rotating exhibitions and a dedicated fan store.
A central feature of the attraction will be a recreation of the original studio where the 1970 album Let it Be
was recorded. While various unofficial Beatles-themed experiences currently operate in London, Hamburg, Germany, and Liverpool, this project marks the first official experience managed directly by the band.
Historical Significance of Savile Row
The choice of 3 Savile Row serves as a return to the spiritual and corporate roots of the group. Apple Corps Ltd., which continues to manage the business affairs of the band, was originally based at this location. The building is most famous for hosting the group’s final-ever concert on its rooftop in 1969.
That performance was captured in the Let It Be
film and later revisited in the documentary Get Back
, directed by Peter Jackson. Although Apple Corps Ltd. Is currently headquartered in South Kensington, London, the new museum will allow the public to access the building for the first time.
We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give The Beatles fans something truly special. Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969.
Tom Greene, chief executive of Apple Corps
Band members Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr also expressed their support for the project. McCartney noted that returning to the building was such a trip
and mentioned that the walls hold so many special memories
.
The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.
Paul McCartney
Ringo Starr described the return to the site as like coming home
.
Corporate Leadership and Future Projects
The announcement comes amid a period of organizational growth at Apple Corps Ltd. Under the leadership of CEO Tom Greene, who joined the company in 2025, the organization announced a series of new hires and promotions in April 2026.

The museum is part of a broader expansion of the band’s presence in popular culture. In addition to the 2027 opening of the Savile Row experience, four upcoming films directed by Sam Mendes are in development.
The films will feature a cast of leading actors portraying the members of the band:
- Paul Mescal as Paul McCartney
- Harris Dickinson as John Lennon
- Joseph Quinn as George Harrison
- Barry Keoghan as Ringo Starr
Fans can currently register for upcoming announcements regarding the 2027 opening of the 3 Savile Row experience.
