Peter Tokar, head of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, addressed concerns about a possible Russian offensive in the area, referencing statements made by Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky regarding potential advances in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
Speaking on “Public.Studio,” Tokar stated, “Febuary 24, 2022, was a surprise for us, but now, in the fourth year of the war, it is unachievable to catch us by surprise.” He affirmed the police force’s readiness to respond to any potential attacks in Kharkiv and surrounding areas.”We have appropriate evacuation algorithms, and we will also provide assistance to the SOU within the powers that are provided to us by the Law of Ukraine,” Tokar added.

Drunk Driver strikes Teenager in Kharkiv Region
