Apple Corps Ltd. Has announced the opening of The Beatles at 3 Savile Row, the first official fan destination for the band, scheduled to launch in 2027 in London. The experience will be housed in the Grade II listed mansion at 3 Savile Row in Mayfair, a site that served as the band’s headquarters between 1968 and 1972.

The new venue will feature seven floors of memorabilia and material from the extensive Apple Corps archives, including items that have never been seen by the public. The experience is designed as a progression through the building, starting with memorabilia on the ground floor and moving upward through various exhibits detailing events that occurred at the site, culminating in access to the rooftop.

A central feature of the exhibition will be a recreation of the original basement studio where the band recorded the album Let It Be. The venue will include rotating exhibitions and a retail store selling licensed Beatles products.

The choice of location is tied to the site’s historical significance as one of the earliest headquarters for Apple Corps Ltd. And the setting of the band’s final public performance. On January 30, 1969, the band performed a 42-minute set on the rooftop of the building, accompanied by keyboardist Billy Preston. This iconic concert, which drew crowds to the streets and nearby rooftops, was later featured in Peter Jackson’s 2021 documentary miniseries, Get Back.

The upcoming experience will allow fans to visit the exact spot where the rooftop concert occurred. Apple Corps CEO Tom Greene noted that the railings on the rooftop remain the same as they were during the 1969 performance.

Sir Paul McCartney stated that the project was intended to provide an official destination for fans in London. He observed that tourists visiting Abbey Road often cause traffic congestion, making a dedicated venue at Savile Row a practical alternative.

McCartney described the process of revisiting the building as a trip and noted the special memories within the walls and on the rooftop, adding that the plans for the venue are really impressive.

Ringo Starr reacted to the announcement by stating, Wow, it’s like coming home.

Tom Greene described the move as a return to the company’s spiritual home. He noted that while fans already frequently take photographs of the building’s exterior, the 2027 opening will allow them to explore all seven floors of the interior.

Fans can register for tickets on the band’s official website starting May 11, 2026. Apple Corps Ltd. Stated that further details, including the specific opening date, will be released in the coming months.
