Dixon claims that Perry’s assistance with his career was contingent upon unwanted sexual advances and coercion. He says that what was supposed to be a career-defining role on “The Oval” led to anxiety, PTSD, and a strained relationship with Perry.
According to the lawsuit, perry allegedly made repeated sexual advances toward Dixon, including entering Dixon’s guest room uninvited and touching him. The complaint also accuses Perry of sending unsolicited and sexually suggestive text messages, some of which have been included as evidence.

The alleged text exchanges between Perry and Dixon covered personal and professional topics. Dixon reportedly shared his struggles with religious mental blocks, while Perry cautioned him against revealing their friendship on set.
