The situation in the Kursk region – Russia does not allow residents of the Kursk region to leave the combat zone
Spokesman of the operational-tactical group of soldiers “Seversk” Vadim Mysnik said that Russia does not allow residents of the Kursk region to leave the combat zone. This is what he talks about say on the telethon.
Mysnik noted that local residents often express a desire to leave the combat zone, but Russia does not allow them to do so. They do not understand why Russian soldiers attack their cities and villages where there are no military installations.
“Recently they destroyed the Sudzha ice arena with KAB, the day before yesterday they destroyed a boarding school, a fairly modern building, and there are many such examples,” said the spokesman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to create conditions for normal life in the territories controlled by Russia. However, he said, most residents of Sudzha are forced to sleep in basements because the Russian military is shooting hard.
Mysnik also added that the humanitarian situation is difficult, as Russia is throwing its own cities, despite the local population. Ukraine, for its part, adheres to International Humanitarian Law and provides food, medicine, medical aid to civilians, and also provides them with technical and drinking water.
Le Monde previously reported that members of the Russian private military company Medved, linked to the Russian Ministry of Defense, are leaving Burkina Faso in Africa due to the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region.
