The Sweet Surprise: A Confused Girl’s Ice Cream Cake Conundrum
Confused Girl Orders Ice Cream Cake from Famous Shop, Discovers Expiration Date
A young woman recently shared her shocking experience on Facebook after ordering an ice cream cake from a well-known shop. As she was about to take a bite, she noticed a sign that read “Expires at the end of the month.” The woman was confused as to why the shop would sell an expired product.
The woman posted a message in a Facebook group, “We are consumers,” expressing her disappointment and frustration. She explained that she had ordered the cake through the shop’s app and was about to eat it when she saw the expiration date. She questioned why the shop would sell expired products, calling it “very bad.”
Later, Dairy Queen of Thailand responded to the woman’s post, apologizing for the issue and requesting additional information to investigate. The administrator explained that due to Facebook’s system, they could not send a direct message to the customer and asked the woman to report the issue to the Dairy Queen Thailand Facebook Page.
Dairy Queen of Thailand apologized for the inconvenience and promised to look into the matter. The incident has raised concerns about the quality and safety of products sold by the shop.
