Expanded Hotel Locations and Settings
For the first time in the series’ history, the production will focus on two separate White Lotus properties. The Airelles Château de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez will serve as the White Lotus du Cap
, while the historic Hôtel Martinez, located on the Promenade de la Croisette, will stand in as the White Lotus Cannes
.

The Hôtel Martinez is noted as a major VIP hub for executives and celebrities during the actual festival, providing a realistic setting for the show’s high-society dynamics.
While the narrative remains centered on the Côte d’Azur, filming is taking place across several locations. The production schedule includes Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and Monaco, with additional filming occurring in Paris.

The actual festival is scheduled to run from May 12 to May 23, 2026. While the show is set during the festival, HBO has declined to comment on whether the production will film at the actual event itself.
The series continues to be executive produced by Mike White, David Bernad, and Mark Kamine.
This season maintains the established premise of the previous three installments, focusing on the interactions between wealthy guests and the staff of the luxury hotel chain, typically involving a mystery centered around a death occurring over the course of a week.
